Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of architectural design experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for hybrid work settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
