Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for finance-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve project goals and manage organizational change effectively.
  • Analyze finance processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement financial systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate project adoption.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support data governance and management, including ETL processes for financial data.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to enhance data management and automation workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in finance-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
  • Experience with ERP systems and finance software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Knowledge of data ETL and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Ability to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid environment.
