Job Description

Overview

  • Provide medical leadership and direction for clinical development programs focusing on respiratory and inflammatory diseases.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and supervise clinical strategies and plans.
  • Act as the primary medical resource for clinical studies and lead medical monitoring efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and medical standards in clinical trials.
  • Contribute to protocol development and amendments for clinical studies.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and build relationships to support product development.
  • Support investor relations by participating in meetings and preparing materials.
  • Lead post-market authorization efforts to integrate products into standard practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise medical and safety conduct of clinical studies and oversee statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and amend clinical trial protocols and related documents in collaboration with leadership.
  • Train study staff on protocols and support site and investigator selection.
  • Oversee study data and address inquiries from stakeholders regarding clinical indications.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and develop product champions.
  • Provide updates to the Board of Directors and investors on clinical progress.
  • Support market authorization processes and integrate products into standard practices.
  • Collaborate with CROs and ensure effective clinical trial management.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a focus on respiratory or NICU background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial and medical leadership.
  • Proficiency in drug development and experience working with CROs.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage with key opinion leaders and build professional relationships.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and reporting for clinical studies.
  • Knowledge of market authorization processes and post-market integration strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise clinical development programs effectively.
