Overview

  • Manage construction projects within the cannabis division, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee $20M projects, coordinating resources and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for construction activities.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, ideally $20M or more.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis, healthcare, pharma, or agriculture construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
