Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Verify the accuracy of pharmaceutical products and prescriptions.
• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians during order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain detailed records of pharmaceutical transactions and inventory.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and quality assurance measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries regarding medications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably retail or specialty.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical product verification and technician supervision.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work onsite during late shift hours (3 PM to 11:30 PM).
