Job Description

Overview

  • Design and deliver technical and soft skill training sessions for global staff.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and IS announcements.
  • Provide third-level technical support for software and system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to standardize training programs.
  • Evaluate, test, and socialize new software for organizational use.
  • Conduct needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Assist in new-hire technical assessments and scoring processes.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to deliver training sessions.
  • Adhere to information security policies and protect organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and support technical training projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver instructor-led and online training programs.
  • Create and maintain user guides, CBTs, and online help resources.
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Word and Excel usage.
  • Facilitate project management and software lifecycle testing.
  • Design and implement training programs using instructional design principles.
  • Maintain online training registration and information databases.
  • Formulate and communicate new training initiatives effectively.
  • Support PC Support and other departments with technical expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of technical training experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Camtasia or Captivate software.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint or similar website creation tools.
  • Experience in instructional design and developing training documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management and focus group facilitation skills.
  • Customer service focus and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with NetDocs and Legal Outline Numbering software preferred.
