POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter (360/full desk) or Business Development Representative to join our growing team specializing in IT staffing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic partnerships within the IT sector, engage with MSPs and Fortune 500 companies, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, experienced in full desk recruitment, and eager to advance their career in a collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential clients and candidates within the IT sector to drive recruitment success.
- Analyze staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, secure staffing agreements, and expand service offerings to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates throughout their career stages.
- Stay updated on industry-specific products and trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop creative approaches to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to enhance hiring processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of agency recruiting or IT experience, preferably in full desk recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including relevant skills and companies.
- Proven ability in cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Success in fast-paced work environments with adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
