Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams and personnel.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during construction activities.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferred 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of municipal, federal, and educational construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction.
• On-site work required; must be able to oversee daily activities effectively.
