Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects in institutional, higher education, and commercial sectors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Utilize advanced construction management tools and techniques to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing concerns.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional, higher education, and commercial construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
