- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting bodies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Serve as liaison between governing board, medical staff, and departments.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and purchasing plans.
- Negotiate external contracts and establish procedure pricing standards.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement orientation and training programs for staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical leadership; 5 years preferred.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accrediting bodies.
- Proficiency in financial management and operational budgeting.
