Job Description

Overview

  • Support HR compliance functions with a focus on onboarding processes and new hire practices.
  • Implement offer letter generation, payroll setup, and compliance documentation review and recordkeeping.
  • Provide detailed benefits overview during onboarding and open enrollment periods.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of personnel records in HRIS systems.
  • Communicate effectively with employees throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assist with adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Provide backup support for HR compliance tasks as needed.
  • Participate in HR-related special projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute new hire practices, including offer letter delivery and payroll setup.
  • Review and process compliance documentation such as background checks and I-9 forms.
  • Provide benefits information and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in HRIS databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
  • Coordinate with outsourced benefits administrators for enrollments and changes.
  • Oversee time and attendance systems and paid time off policies.
  • Support security background functions and other HR tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR or recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage customer service requests professionally and accurately.
  • Experience in implementing and enhancing operational processes.
  • Knowledge of personnel administration and employment policies preferred.
