Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide executive-level leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead and mentor project managers and field teams to ensure project success and team development.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract performance, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
- Support preconstruction activities, including client engagement and proposal development.
- Implement effective project delivery strategies such as CMR, Design-Build, and Lump Sum.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $20 million across various sectors.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage profitability, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
