Overview

  • Lead major commercial construction projects in a strategic leadership role, focusing on client relationships, operational excellence, and team development.
  • Oversee large-scale projects across diverse markets, including healthcare, higher education, corporate, and civic construction.
  • Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Ensure financial success, client satisfaction, and quality performance across multiple projects.
  • Engage in preconstruction and business development efforts, including client engagement and proposal participation.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining a deep understanding of construction operations and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive-level leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and field teams to ensure project success and team development.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract performance, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
  • Support preconstruction activities, including client engagement and proposal development.
  • Implement effective project delivery strategies such as CMR, Design-Build, and Lump Sum.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing projects exceeding $20 million across various sectors.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage profitability, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
