Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for retail and workplace projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software to support project execution and construction processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cohesive integration of design elements and adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to address technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine solutions to meet expectations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design integrity during construction phases.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and design proposals.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations to ensure project quality and safety.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design; 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation purposes.
• Experience with retail and workplace project design is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
