Overview

- Collaborate with leaders across multiple locations to implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Build trusting relationships and proactively develop ideas to guide talent programs and manage day-to-day HR processes.
- Serve as a champion for team member engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Facilitate succession planning, career development, and professional growth strategies for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop recommendations for HR solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with department leaders on hiring strategies.
- Oversee employee data management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Administer employment offers and benefits reviews, making informed decisions.
- Manage the bi-annual performance review process and employee onboarding programs.
- Partner with field leaders to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate training programs and identify learning opportunities for employees.
- Support leaders in implementing professional development strategies and succession planning.
- Provide oversight and guidance related to HR compliance and policy-related concerns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location or field-based role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with leaders at all levels to support HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience in the apparel industry or garment center is required.
