Project Manager

Overview

• Lead construction projects for a growing general contractor specializing in design-build work across multi-family, light industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-family, light industrial, and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of design-build construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
