Overview

  • Support the revenue team of a dynamic technology company in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient time management for team members.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for team members as needed.
  • Process expenses and ensure accurate documentation and timely submission.
  • Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to the success of the revenue team by providing proactive administrative support.
  • Work on-site 4-5 days per week in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple team members, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and execute team events, meetings, and activities, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and provide flexible support to meet team needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a fast-paced team.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in event coordination.
