Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with department leaders on hiring strategies.
- Oversee employee data management, employment offers, and benefits decision-making processes.
- Manage bi-annual review processes and employee onboarding programs.
- Partner with field leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate succession planning, career development initiatives, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
- Provide oversight on leaves of absence, HR compliance, and policy-related concerns.
- Conduct effective investigations to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location or field-based role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in the garment or apparel industry is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders at all levels to support HR initiatives.
