Job Description

Overview

  • Design and deliver technical and soft skill training sessions to global staff.
  • Create, edit, and maintain software documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with departments to standardize course outlines and training materials.
  • Provide third-level support for technical issues and software usage.
  • Evaluate and implement new software solutions and training programs.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assess training effectiveness.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required for training delivery.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of firm and client information.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and deliver instructor-led and online training sessions for staff.
  • Design and maintain user guides, CBTs, and online help documentation.
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Word and Excel usage.
  • Manage technical training projects and liaise with IT and other departments.
  • Evaluate, test, and socialize new software solutions for training purposes.
  • Assist in technical assessments and scoring for new hires.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives and multimedia programs.
  • Support project management and software lifecycle testing tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of technical training experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and instructional design tools.
  • Experience in technical writing and documentation creation.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Camtasia, or Captivate for training development.
  • Strong project management and focus group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Customer service focus and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Experience in CLE/CEU training development and delivery preferred.
