Overview
- Design and deliver technical and soft skill training sessions to global staff.
- Create, edit, and maintain software documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with departments to standardize course outlines and training materials.
- Provide third-level support for technical issues and software usage.
- Evaluate and implement new software solutions and training programs.
- Conduct needs analysis and assess training effectiveness.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required for training delivery.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of firm and client information.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and deliver instructor-led and online training sessions for staff.
- Design and maintain user guides, CBTs, and online help documentation.
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Word and Excel usage.
- Manage technical training projects and liaise with IT and other departments.
- Evaluate, test, and socialize new software solutions for training purposes.
- Assist in technical assessments and scoring for new hires.
- Develop and implement training initiatives and multimedia programs.
- Support project management and software lifecycle testing tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of technical training experience.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and instructional design tools.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation creation.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Camtasia, or Captivate for training development.
- Strong project management and focus group facilitation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Customer service focus and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience in CLE/CEU training development and delivery preferred.
