Job Description

Overview

  • Manage fleet operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control across regional logistics centers.
  • Oversee delivery truck inspections, registrations, and maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Supervise driver schedules, leave, expense reports, and performance appraisals to maintain optimal workforce management.
  • Plan and conduct driver safety training programs to uphold safety standards.
  • Optimize regional delivery processes and manage local dedicated service operations.
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for freight services.
  • Analyze profit and loss reports and ensure compliance with transportation-related taxation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fleet management activities, including compliance with DOT regulations and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise driver schedules, expense reporting, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct driver safety training sessions to promote adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage procurement of equipment and supplies necessary for vehicle and driver operations.
  • Optimize delivery processes across regional and local logistics centers.

Job Requirements
