Job Description

Overview

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules effectively.
