Overview

  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner specializing in production accounting for a dynamic organization.
  • Collaborate with events and finance teams to ensure fiscal discipline and optimize workflows.
  • Support financial operations for a growing portfolio of high-profile events.
  • Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, budgeting, and reconciliations for various projects.
  • Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient financial workflows across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee invoicing, vendor management, and reconciliations for event production contracts.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, providing detailed budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure fiscal discipline and optimize cash flow.
  • Audit contractor compliance and accuracy, consolidating billing for clients.
  • Support financial oversight for events across US and EMEA regions.
  • Maintain accurate records for grant-funded support, ensuring compliance.
  • Design and implement efficient finance workflows tailored to event operations.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or event accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, vendor management, budgeting, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in US and EMEA markets is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for events as required.
