Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop and monitor budgets, providing detailed budget vs. actual reporting.

- Audit contractor compliance and accuracy, consolidating billing for clients.
- Support financial oversight for events across US and EMEA regions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or event accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, vendor management, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
