Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee training programs for center staff and management, ensuring competency and development.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking training progress and completion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans addressing compliance and development needs.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding activities, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Provide feedback for training improvement and assist with updates to training materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities and compliance.
  • Travel to other centers as required, supporting training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and company policies during training processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute and support training initiatives, ensuring timely completion and competency demonstration.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to improve training processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain cross-training programs for center staff.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create training plans addressing CAPA requirements.
  • Participate in audits and provide training-related documentation and support.
  • Deliver training sessions to diverse groups with varying experience levels.
  • Provide weekly updates on training progress to leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards during training activities.
  • Assist with the development and training of Preceptors at plasma center locations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a plasma center or clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of LMS/eQMS systems and training methodologies.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Experience in phlebotomy and compliance with FDA regulations preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver training effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits.
