Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee training programs for staff at plasma centers, ensuring competency and development.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to monitor and track training progress.
  • Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Support the development of preceptors for training roles within plasma centers.
  • Provide feedback and analysis to improve training programs and materials.
  • Travel to various centers as needed to support training activities and audits.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute and support training initiatives across plasma centers.
  • Ensure timely completion of training programs by center personnel.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback during training processes.
  • Develop training plans for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to update training materials.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on training progress and challenges.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews from a training perspective.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in plasma center operations or clinical settings.
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible schedules.
  • Experience with LMS/eQMS systems for tracking and managing training.
  • Compliance with FDA regulations and company policies is mandatory.
