Overview
- Coordinate and oversee training programs for staff at plasma centers, ensuring competency and development.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to monitor and track training progress.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
- Support the development of preceptors for training roles within plasma centers.
- Provide feedback and analysis to improve training programs and materials.
- Travel to various centers as needed to support training activities and audits.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute and support training initiatives across plasma centers.
- Ensure timely completion of training programs by center personnel.
- Conduct observations and provide feedback during training processes.
- Develop training plans for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of training activities.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to update training materials.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on training progress and challenges.
- Support audits and compliance reviews from a training perspective.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in plasma center operations or clinical settings.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible schedules.
- Experience with LMS/eQMS systems for tracking and managing training.
- Compliance with FDA regulations and company policies is mandatory.
