- Collaborate across departments to align payroll processes with company objectives.
- Ensure statutory compliance in tax filings, reporting, and audits.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
- 7-10 years of payroll experience, preferably in fintech or technology-driven companies.
- Extensive knowledge of US payroll regulations; experience with Indian payroll operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems implementation and optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and external partners.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
