Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and home exercises.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records for clinical and billing purposes.
  • Participate in clinic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
