Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function.
- Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and home exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records for clinical and billing purposes.

- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
