Job Description
Overview
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and administrator for Workday HRIS, ensuring system integrity and optimal functionality.
- Lead daily administration of Workday modules, including Business Processes, Security Groups, integrations, and reporting.
- Oversee the execution of annual Performance Review and Calibration cycles, optimizing talent management and compensation processes.
- Manage Workday integrations with internal systems and external vendors, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Own and execute the annual Compensation Cycle, managing merit, bonus, and equity grants globally.
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, including policy updates and handbook revisions, ensuring adherence to employment laws.
- Drive strategic HR projects, such as deploying organizational goal-setting frameworks and providing enablement resources.
- Perform ad-hoc HR tasks to support the People function and ensure operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain Workday modules, ensuring accurate data management and system functionality.
- Execute annual compensation cycles, managing complex data for merit, bonuses, and equity grants.
- Coordinate and manage compensation surveys, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead the rollout of organizational goal-setting frameworks, enhancing employee engagement and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to manage compensation requests, promotions, and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and system configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Workday HRIS Administration and Total Rewards.
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday modules, including HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Time/Absence.
- Proven experience managing full Year-End Compensation Cycles for global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws, with experience updating employee handbooks.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including independent ownership of strategic initiatives.
- High proficiency in data management and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
