Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute monthly and quarterly close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and perform fluctuation analysis.
  • Manage lease payments and accounting under ASC 842 standards.
  • Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, refining accounting procedures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, AP, Payroll, FP&A, Tax, and business owners.
  • Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Ensure effective communication across management levels and adapt to evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including 2 years with a Big Four firm.
  • Experience with month-end close procedures and major ERP systems preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and written skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business requirements.
