Senior Scheduler

Overview

• Lead scheduling efforts for ground-up mission-critical construction projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze project schedules to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Utilize scheduling tools to track project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare reports and presentations on scheduling status for management review.
• Collaborate with procurement and resource teams to ensure timely availability of materials and personnel.
• Implement best practices in scheduling to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and mentor junior schedulers on scheduling techniques and tools.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project schedules and identify risks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
• Mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred.
