Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction activities.

  • Utilize scheduling tools to track project progress and update schedules accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in mission-critical projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project schedules and identify risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
  • Mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred.
