Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the Fund Finance team managing seven private equity funds and a Co-Investment vehicle totaling $4 billion in assets under management.
  • Collaborate with partners and CFO in fundraising efforts for the fourth fund, targeting $2 billion in commitments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries, providing legal and operating agreements and completing due diligence questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators for quarterly and annual reporting, including financial statements and investor capital statements.
  • Plan and maintain the fund’s cash position to cover operational expenses, new catalog purchases, and quarterly distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements, including Form PF, Form ADV, and FATCA.
  • Oversee capital call and distribution processes in alignment with fund agreements.
  • Manage relationships with lenders, ensuring adherence to debt covenants and compliance with loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the financial management of private equity funds, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators for timely reporting and financial statement preparation.
  • Maintain fund liquidity and oversee cash flow planning to meet operational needs.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor capital call and distribution processes, ensuring alignment with agreements.
  • Manage lender relationships and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and performance forecasting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund finance or private equity.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, fund administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and investment management.
  • Experience with investor relations and fundraising processes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite requirements.
