Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training resources for AI tools.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for staff and legal professionals.
• Monitor AI tool usage and prepare reports on adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize AI tool functionality and training.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve AI tool usability.
• Partner with IT and Practice Development teams to ensure seamless AI integration.
• Advocate for AI adoption and provide expert guidance on its applications.
• Manage projects related to AI technology implementation and support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; JD preferred with legal practice experience.
• 7+ years of experience in legal practice, technology, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead adoption initiatives in professional services environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Experience delivering impactful training and developing enablement resources.
• Demonstrated interest and expertise in AI and legal technology tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
