POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in healthcare staffing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to connect with top healthcare professionals and contribute to their career growth. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and candidates to understand their needs and goals.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with job requirements.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates in the healthcare field.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand candidate pools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or healthcare-related roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
