Overview

  • Lead sales efforts for senior living communities, ensuring revenue goals are met and exceeded.
  • Cultivate leads and convert them into successful move-ins, enhancing community growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales systems and processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Engage in professional networking and outreach to build referral pipelines.
  • Coordinate and attend events to enhance community visibility and attract potential residents.
  • Conduct tours and consultations, guiding families through the decision-making process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Support the sales team by providing leadership and guidance in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve Independent Living and Assisted Living sales goals.
  • Conduct field outreach and professional networking within the assigned territory weekly.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend professional events to build referral pipelines.
  • Guide families through consultations, tours, and move-in processes effectively.
  • Coordinate interviews with applicants and relevant staff members for application processing.
  • Develop referral partnerships through purposeful outreach visits and professional networking.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or senior living community roles.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with professionals and families.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for tours and consultations.
  • Ability to coordinate events and outreach activities effectively.
