Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Settle and reconcile trades accurately and efficiently to maintain operational integrity.
  • Assist client services by providing updated account performance data and insights.
  • Reconcile accounts daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Book trades in the Order Management System (OMS) and monitor cash flows.
  • Manage affirmation and confirmation processes for assigned accounts or investment strategies.
  • Monitor daily fails and differences, addressing issues promptly to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with management to develop innovative processes and enhance automation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in WRAP or SMA environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup functions, is essential.
  • Experience with Bloomberg AIM and knowledge of convertible securities is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy.
