Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Meet with clients to discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
  • Gather necessary measurements, dimensions, and calculations to develop accurate design layouts.
  • Provide design recommendations based on budget, site conditions, and architectural trends.
  • Develop architectural plans using CAD and REVIT software for client and management approval.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD and REVIT software for creating detailed architectural plans.
  • Strong creative design skills and ability to manage time effectively.
