Overview

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Investor Relations team during a temporary assignment.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation for team activities.
  • Ensure smooth operations during team meetings and events, adapting to flexible hours as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Support the team during the specified working period from November 17th to December 1st.
  • Participate in training sessions on November 7th and November 10th to ensure readiness.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to the team's success by providing proactive and reliable administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for the Investor Relations team, ensuring timely updates.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as required by the team.
  • Arrange and oversee logistics for meetings, including venue setup and attendee communication.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
  • Provide support during training sessions and ensure understanding of team processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and documents.
