Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects ranging from $400M to $700M, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Implement and adhere to strong Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with 14 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, ranging from $400M to $700M.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders and presenting project updates.
