Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee 35-40 million square feet of real estate projects.
- Manage tenant improvement projects, including structural support and interior modifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, addressing ADA issues and stabilization needs.
- Coordinate with general contractors, comparing pricing and overseeing contract execution.
- Address capital projects, including replacements and building stabilization efforts.
- Provide professional tenant interactions and maintain high communication standards.
- Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Implement solutions for ground-up and interior projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; Construction Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in reading plan sets and understanding building codes.
- Experience managing industrial and office interior projects.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for tenant-facing interactions and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and building stabilization techniques.
