Data Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement efficient SQL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Optimize Snowflake architecture for performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop and manage data governance policies and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data workflows and systems.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Integrate modern data orchestration tools into existing platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL development and database design principles.
• Experience with Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools like dbt and Workato.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and financial data handling.
• Ability to create dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build professional relationships.
