Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct information gathering sessions with BD teams and partners to clarify requirements and approach.
- Lead kick-off meetings to establish messaging, milestones, and core team roles.
- Collaborate with lawyers and firm resources to compile credentials statements and pitch documents.
- Analyze pitch requests to identify compliance requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with administrative functions to ensure alignment and information sharing.
- Draft, edit, and finalize external-facing business development materials.
- Prepare response teams for in-person client presentations.
- Ensure high-quality client service and adherence to firm standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
- Minimum of six years of experience in business development or proposal management.
- Preferred eight years of experience in professional services or legal environments.
- Proficiency in pitch processes and management tools.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills under high-pressure conditions.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and evaluation criteria for proposals.
