Overview
- Collaborate with multiple customer groups and therapeutic areas to provide insights through advanced analytics and statistical methodologies.
- Utilize expertise in pharmaceutical industry data sources to support marketing impact measurement and decision-making processes.
- Apply sophisticated analytics for marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses, customer profiling, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Support brand planning, field force evolution, and digital/virtual promotional activities with actionable analytical insights.
- Contribute to the development of forecasting processes and promotional strategy effectiveness evaluation.
- Ensure integration of marketing strategies into sales force call plans for diverse channels including digital and virtual platforms.
- Build knowledge of analytical methodologies and collaborate with high-quality vendors and digital agencies.
- Adapt work habits to meet evolving business functions and execution needs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct advanced analytics to support promotional resource allocation and commercial model evolution.
- Develop business tactics and strategies by liaising between Marketing and Sales teams.
- Execute departmental procedures and ensure integration of marketing strategies into sales force plans.
- Communicate analytical results effectively to internal customers for actionable use.
- Collaborate with third-party digital agencies to enhance analytical methodologies.
- Coordinate insights from various functions into comprehensive analyses and recommendations.
- Analyze digital marketing campaigns and perform in-campaign analytics for performance improvement.
- Ensure customer needs are incorporated into deliverables and recommendations are implemented effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with seven years or Master's degree with five years of relevant analytic experience.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with large, deidentified patient claims data sets and digital analytics preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide actionable insights.
- Experience in Metabolic therapeutic areas and working within large pharmaceutical manufacturers preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and promotional responsiveness methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results aligned to EST time zone business hours.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.
