Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk coverage for the client during specified dates and times.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information as needed.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties.
  • Support additional tasks as requested by the client during the assignment period.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain and update records and documentation as required.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including mail distribution and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Provide support for special projects or events as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage front desk operations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and staff.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
