Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; typing test required.
  • Bilingual skills strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance terms is advantageous.
