Overview
- Assist in managing construction projects focused on ground-up or tenant improvement for light industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of ground-up and tenant improvement construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
