Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects as a Superintendent/Project Manager ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and objectives effectively.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams for optimal performance.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and safety.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
