Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
