  • Manage projects with budgets ranging from $5-10M, demonstrating expertise in municipal and fire station construction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects independently.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing projects with budgets ranging from $5-10M.
  • Strong knowledge of municipal construction, including fire station projects, preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
