Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Contracts Administrator supporting legal and project development teams in contract management and execution.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure agreements align with organizational standards.
  • Prepare and manage contracts using established templates and guidelines.
  • Facilitate contract approvals with lenders, investors, and partners to meet project requirements.
  • Understand legal structures and documents related to various projects.
  • Draft legal notices and correspondence as needed to support project objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review proposals from contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Prepare agreements using established templates and oversee their execution process.
  • Coordinate contract approvals with stakeholders, including lenders and investors.
  • Gain familiarity with legal structures and documents relevant to each project.
  • Draft legal notices and correspondence to support project development and compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with attorneys and executives.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities under pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract administration or related roles.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or consulting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other related software programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with attorneys and executives.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
