Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative solutions and adherence to client goals and resources.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

  • Utilize technical expertise in AutoCAD and Revit for detailed construction drawings and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead schematic design and project delivery processes for assigned architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Develop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Participate in quality assurance and control processes to uphold project standards.
  • Contribute to team huddles and collaborative discussions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural licensure requirements and testing processes.
  • Engage in innovative problem-solving to address complex project challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an architectural designer or architect.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure through ARE testing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for detailed construction documentation.
  • Strong technical skills in detailing and developing construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with industrial and complex ground-up projects preferred.
