Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead schematic design and project delivery processes for assigned architectural projects.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Participate in quality assurance and control processes to uphold project standards.
- Contribute to team huddles and collaborative discussions to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with architectural licensure requirements and testing processes.
- Engage in innovative problem-solving to address complex project challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience as an architectural designer or architect.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure through ARE testing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for detailed construction documentation.
- Strong technical skills in detailing and developing construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with industrial and complex ground-up projects preferred.
