Job Description

Overview

  • Manage regional service delivery for a digital B2B customer portal, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Act as a technical project manager, overseeing project phases from requirements to release.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align service roadmaps and prioritize business development needs.
  • Engage stakeholders to collect feedback and define customer requirements effectively.
  • Monitor service health, manage incidents, and ensure service availability.
  • Facilitate change management processes, including enhancements and emergency procedures.
  • Document and communicate support procedures and policies to improve service efficiency.
  • Work onsite in a hybrid schedule at the New York office.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and drive regional voice of customer routines to collect service feedback.
  • Formulate and communicate customer requirements with global IT teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners and project managers to deliver solutions.
  • Manage IT project schedules, scope, and quality control.
  • Act as L2 support within a global operation framework.
  • Monitor and maintain service health and availability.
  • Manage enhancements, change requests, and delivery routines.
  • Facilitate emergency change procedures and improve end-user knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT project management/service delivery of enterprise eBusiness portals.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience with project management frameworks (Agile/SCRUM, PMP).
  • Understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Verbal fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule at the New York office.
