Overview
- Manage regional service delivery for a digital B2B customer portal, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
- Act as a technical project manager, overseeing project phases from requirements to release.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align service roadmaps and prioritize business development needs.
- Engage stakeholders to collect feedback and define customer requirements effectively.
- Monitor service health, manage incidents, and ensure service availability.
- Facilitate change management processes, including enhancements and emergency procedures.
- Document and communicate support procedures and policies to improve service efficiency.
- Work onsite in a hybrid schedule at the New York office.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Define and drive regional voice of customer routines to collect service feedback.
- Formulate and communicate customer requirements with global IT teams.
- Collaborate with product owners and project managers to deliver solutions.
- Manage IT project schedules, scope, and quality control.
- Act as L2 support within a global operation framework.
- Monitor and maintain service health and availability.
- Manage enhancements, change requests, and delivery routines.
- Facilitate emergency change procedures and improve end-user knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project management/service delivery of enterprise eBusiness portals.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
- Experience with project management frameworks (Agile/SCRUM, PMP).
- Understanding of IT service management principles.
- Verbal fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule at the New York office.
