Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic investment operations team supporting ultra-high net worth families.
  • Contribute to managing diversified portfolios including cash, fixed income, and stock investments.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain high standards of documentation and communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of investment managers and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and AML processes related to investments.
  • Participate in tax-related processes, including tax-loss harvesting and documentation distribution.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility in office days.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and distribute investment documentation and communications to stakeholders.
  • Reconcile investment statements and ensure accurate archiving.
  • Support the investment team in calendar management and meeting registrations.
  • Track updates related to investments, including amendments and elections.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and security protocols.
  • Provide operational support for ad-hoc investment initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team to achieve operational goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for investment managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Experience in finance and investment operations is preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
